Hampton In Highland Apartments is accepting applications for: 2 Maintenance Technicians and 1 Janitor.

Maintenance Technician
You will be required to take a skills test which will be given on-site. Please bring a copy of your resume with you.
Full-time position available with competitive salary and excellent benefits including medical, dental & life insurance, 401K, annual trips and much more! Rotating on-call schedule, vehicle and tools are required. Must live within a 30 minute driving distance from property address.
2 years’ experience and/or schooling in related field(s), HVAC certified is required within 60 days of employment.

Janitorial Staff

Deep cleaning apartments after move out; maintaining cleanliness in 19 apartment buildings; shampooing carpets, buffing/waxing floors, snow removal, etc. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of verifiable cleaning experience.

Highland Parks & Recreation Department is looking for someone to teach a class for 1.5-3 year olds on Mondays from 9:30-10:30am and a preschool aide on Tuesdays for two classes – 8:45-10:45 & 12-2:00pm.
