Since 2013, Ann has been the CEO of Region ATA Academy in Downtown Highland. Ann is a level 3 Certified Instructor, Fifth-Degree Black Belt, as well as a Level 3 Regional Tournament Judge in Special Abilities. She is a certified SciTech Program Instructor as well as a Bullying Prevention Specialist. She served as Chamber Vice President in 2022. Ann and her husband, Brett, live in Griffith.

Susan and her husband Jeremy Stammis live in Cedar Lake Indiana and have been married for almost 21 years. They love to travel and some of their most notable trips have been to Amsterdam, Belgium, Jamaica, and Anna Maria Island Florida.

Gina is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones in Highland after twenty two years in the banking industry. She is dedicated in assisting individual investors in achieving their financial goals. Gina earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue Calumet in General Communications. She serves on the Highland Education Foundation board as well as volunteers at her church at Faith in Cedar Lake. Gina is married to Jorge and has three sons, Jorge, Joaquin and Mateo. She enjoys spending time with family, friends and serving the community.
Lance was hired as Executive Director in the summer of 2022. He is a former small business owner and Chamber member, having served on the Board of Directors. Professionally, Lance has had extensive experience in law, government and nonprofit work. A resident of Highland, he is married with three stepchildren.
